Diploma Thesis

It can be unfolded to graphic tablet with 17 inch size and can be used as normal monitor and TV screen. Awesome!

The main purpose of Twilight is to establish better functions and better interaction among users, environment, and appliances. You can feel a light breeze to chill, mixed up with your favorite fragrances, home sweet home. An Organic LED (OLED) display allows you to view images or videos that can be uploaded to the Twilight via the remote control.

Health care technology – Vitals Monitoring System

The idea was found by Dan Bishop as a solution to hospitals which are lack of medical staff. Medical staff would be able to monitor their patients without to be in the same room or location using this Vital Monitoring System. Besides, it would allow doctor to monitor more patients than usual. This portable device is convenient to be used as it can be strapped on the patient's wrist. In addition, it is designed to check the body temperature, the pulse rate and the blood pressure. Then, the data could be transferred wirelessly to a digital chart for later review and access.

Washing Machine’s go wallmount now! Electrolux has designed a wall-mount, portable washing machine. It will definitely save space, it uses steam instead of water and is extremely energy efficient. The equivalent of one load will use only 1/5 of how much your regular washing machine at home would use.

It’s a concept that looks at space saving and hygiene at one go. The way it works is like this, you have your own personal tub for your laundry that can be mounted on an “energy stick”. Using high-pressure steam as its source for cleaning, the washers does its job, and gives a fresh batch of washed clothes. A touchscreen display is integrated for easy navigation and menus.
